Is a white button down shirt, with a black cardigan, black pants and black shoes good enough for a interview?

I don't remember if white shirt + black cardigan is good since that what I have right now or should I go and buy a jacket, which one is more safely a improved. I'm 20 years old.

If workable, I would do a jacket because a cardigan is a little on the casual side. If not possible, then you will still be alright.
