Why do women wear 3/4 sleeve sweaters/cardigans/ blouses?

I'm taxing to understand. Why do you like them?? Wearing long sleeves and pushing them up has a self-possessed look, afforded to the silhouette by the "ripple" produce on the sleeves. Wearing them down is the classic look.

But...

Not all women tediously tire them. I don't wear 3/4 sleeves because I don't like them. They bug me. I don't know what temperature I'm presumed to wear them in.
